The Alagon is a 23 story condo tower under construction at. It's yet another luxury condo going up, that offers homes in the 500,000 to 2 million dollar range. Pre completion rendering of the Alagon, construction began in early 2004. A set of condos or 'city homes' are placed in front of the high rise to set it back.

When The Alagon condominium tower rises, we hopes it will become a Tampa Landmark "unparalleled in its beauty." the high-rise will sit behind three two-story "city homes" with tile roofs and Mediterranean architecture. The town houses will act as a visual buffer between the residential architecture and the condominium tower.

They have been designed to look like the estates homes. "With the city homes on the street instead of the façade of the condominium entry, we think it will be more attractive and residential in nature," The 47 condominium in the Alagon have been designed to combine luxury with downtown and open bay views and efficient use of space, a lot of time working on the floor plans to make sure the condos are very liable,"

"The rooms are large and the units have a very spacious feel. to avoid having long corridors within the homes in order to make the most of the available space."
